Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items are only eligible for returns 14 days after purchases. Any returns after this period are not eligible for a refund.
No electrical items are available for return, this is due to the nature of electrical items, not being able to tell if they have been connected to a vehicle.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 21 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
If you have purchased an incorrect part or have not confirmed fitment, you will be required to pay for return postage, and a 20% restocking fee.
If we have described the part incorrectly Half Price Parts will reimburse return postage, initial postage and the price of the part. (Once the part is received.)
If our products arrived damaged in anyway and you have purchased transit insurance, please contact us right away and we will be happy to discuss this.
