Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping & Insurance Our standard shipping provider is Australia Post. Shipping rates for items under 105cm and 22kg are automatically calculated at checkout, for your peace of mind, all Australia Post shipments include transit insurance to protect against damaged or missing parcels. All Shipments also include tracking details. 

Dispatch Times We aim to process and ship all orders within two business days. If you place your order before 1:00 PM, we will make every effort to dispatch it on the same day.

Oversized Items & Custom Couriers If you receive a notification at checkout indicating that shipping is unavailable for your address, your order likely contains an oversized or heavy item. Please contact us directly, and our team will gladly arrange a custom courier quote for you. Please note that due to rapidly fluctuating fuel costs, all custom courier quotes are valid for a maximum of 3 hours.
