Returned Shipping

If an incorrect item has been purchased or the parts fitment was not confirmed by your local dealership before purchasing there will be a 20% restocking fee upon the return of the item.

If we have described the part incorrectly please contact Half Price Parts within 14 days of purchase to orgainse a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Australia Post offer insurance on items under 105cm and 22kgs. If you would like to cover for breakage, lost or damaged products, you can choose insurance under shipping method.
