Damages During Shipping
If your item has been Damaged/Lost/Broken by Australia Post during transit, you will only be eligible for a refund if Insurance was purchased with the Shipping. We have no control over courier companies.

Returned Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 48 Rosewood Queensland

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If an incorrect item has been purchased or the parts fitment was not confirmed by your local dealership before purchasing there will be a 20% restocking fee upon the return of the item. 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Insurance covers any losses or damages. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your package is late/missing or damaged please contact Auspost. We can only see tracking, create an enquiry and redirect on certain parcels.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Import Taxes

Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply.
If the recipient would like to query any duties charged they should contact the customs service in their country.

Restrictions
Each country has specific regulations about what can (and can't) be delivered. Some items shouldn’t be posted overseas at all and some countries have their own regulations or restrictions regarding what they’ll accept in their incoming international mail.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

If you have purchased the incorrect part, you will be required to pay for return postage, and a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. 
You will need to contact us prior before returning. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we have described the part incorrectly Half Price Parts will reimburse return postage, initial postage and the price of the part (Once the part is received).

Additional non-returnable items: 

- All Electrical Parts
  No electrical items are available for return, this is due to the nature of electrical items. We also cannot tell if you have connected them to a vehicle. 

- Any part that has been used/fitted
  The item must be in it's new condition and original packaging or no refund/credit will be given.
   
- Any sale items
  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
You will need to let us know of any issues within 14 days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before they are sent out. Please send us an email at halfpriceparts@outlook.com or call 0412 760 479 to discuss. This does not include any Damaged/Lost/Broken by Australia Post during transit.
