Returns and Refunds Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at www.halfpriceparts.com.au. At Half Price Parts we are committed to fantastic customer service. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased or you have changed your mind, contact us today to discuss our returns policy or read more below.
Conditions of return
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items are only eligible for returns 14 days after purchases. Any returns after this period are not eligible for a refund.
No electrical items are available for return, this is due to the nature of electrical items, not being able to tell if they have been connected to a vehicle.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 21 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
If you have purchased the incorrect part, you will be required to pay for return postage, and a 10% restocking fee.
If we have described the part incorrectly Half Price Parts will reimburse return postage, initial postage and the price of the part. (Once the part is received)
If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to discuss this.

The Australian Consumer Law
Our products and goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
There are no warranties on the parts sold by Half Price parts.
We will not be liable to you for indirect and consequential loss (including without limitation for loss of revenue, loss of profits, failure to realise expected profits or savings and any other commercial or economic loss of any kind) or loss or corruption of data, in contract, tort, under any statute or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or connected to the Site or the Product.
